The minimum credit card limit is 15 million VND.
You can have either a permanent or long-term temporary residence permit (KT3 or KT4) for at least 6 months. For KT4, a temporary residence confirmation from the local police is required, proving a minimum 6-month residency on KT4. If KT3/KT4 is not sufficient for 6 months, additional temporary residence confirmation is needed to prove it.
Must own a phone (wired or wireless).
No work experience required.
